A custom internal tool or AI-enabled application built around an agreed business workflow.
Larger platforms, complex permissions and multiple integrations can exceed this range. New model training and ongoing support are separate.
AI provider usage, software subscriptions and hosting are separate from my fees. The cost depends on the model, number of users, document sizes and how often the system runs. Your proposal includes an estimate at your expected usage, with agreed limits and alerts where supported.
Maintenance, monitoring and further development are optional and scoped separately through an ongoing support arrangement.
A simple automation may need a smaller, individually quoted piece of work. Pilot budgets include evaluation and a decision on whether to proceed. Discovery, pilot and production are separate engagements. You can stop after any agreed stage. These budgets are not an all-inclusive bundle. If earlier work can be reused, the next proposal will explain how that affects its price.
The lower end assumes a focused workflow, usable data and straightforward access to your systems. More users, sensitive data, complex integrations or a wider rollout increase the scope.

All hands-on maintenance, investigation, development, testing, deployment and calls use your monthly allowance. Automated monitoring and scheduled backups do not. You receive a work summary, and additional work is agreed before it is charged. Unused hours expire at month end.
Support hours are Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm UK time, excluding bank holidays and notified closure dates. Response targets mean acknowledgement and initial triage, not guaranteed resolution. Incident severity and escalation are agreed at onboarding. Out-of-hours support is not included.
Plans run monthly with 30 days notice to cancel or change. Upgrades depend on capacity. Existing problems and onboarding are assessed and quoted separately. Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are separate unless explicitly included in your proposal.

Website Care is £195/month with 2 total hours. Application support is £500 for 6 hours, £1,000 for 12 hours or £2,000 for 24 hours each month. All hands-on work and calls use that allowance; automated monitoring and scheduled backups do not.
Starter websites begin at £3,500 with editable content. Business Website begins at £5,500 for a larger content-led site. Growth begins at £8,500 for one scoped commercial workflow. A focused custom application starts at £15,000. Your written proposal confirms the inclusions. Smaller tools, fixes and integrations are quoted individually.

For larger projects I split payment across milestones - typically a deposit, a mid-project stage and a final payment on launch. Get in touch and I will set out a schedule that works for your cash flow rather than asking for the full amount up front.
